In collaboration with the Embassy of France in Singapore as part of the vOilah! France Singapore Festival, Kwai Fung Hin Art Gallery is pleased to present Ziad Dalloul: Only light has no shadow. This exhibition marks the Syrian-French artist Ziad Dalloul’s debut exhibition in Southeast Asia, bringing together important paintings, engravings and archival materials to trace his artistic evolution.
The exhibition invites you into Dalloul’s world, where light breathes life into every painting. By blurring the boundaries between the interior and exterior, visible and invisible, presence and absence, the artist takes us to a metaphysical realm, asking the most fundamental questions: What are we? Where do we come from? Where are we going?
