Medusa Osteria Romana is Singapore’s first-ever restaurant dedicated entirely to the bold, unapologetic flavors of the Eternal City. The restaurant is a personal project led by Fortuna Group. They have created a “rebellious” tribute to Roman dining that trades rustic simplicity for the high-octane cinematic glamour of 1960s and 70s Italy.

The menu focuses on the “holy trinity” of Roman pastas—Carbonara, Amatriciana, and Cacio e Pepe— alongside Roman-style thin-crust pizzas.
